888sx Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 888sx platform — including the website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related APIs or tools — you ("the User", "Member", "Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 888sx ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 888sx platform and close your account by contacting support. Continued use of 888sx following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside the 888sx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between the User and 888sx.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 888sx account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 888sx strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any individual under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and where your use of the platform does not constitute a violation of any local regulation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 888sx or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by 888sx or any recognised responsible gaming body to which 888sx is affiliated.

888sx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Where satisfactory documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe, 888sx may suspend the account, freeze the account balance, or both, pending compliance.

Each User may register only one account on the 888sx platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888sx login credentials. 888sx will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you notify 888sx of a suspected breach. Notification must be made immediately upon discovery via the support contact channels.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered, as an additional layer of account security.
• Notify 888sx support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

888sx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately falsified. Any balance held in such an account will be frozen pending verification and may be forfeited where fraud is confirmed.

All financial transactions on 888sx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 888sx does not apply any internal currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method limits and processing times:

• JazzCash — Deposits credited within minutes; withdrawals processed within 2–4 hours.
• EasyPaisa — Deposits credited within minutes; withdrawals processed within 2–4 hours.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — Bank transfer; withdrawals within 1 business day.
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — Bank transfer; withdrawals within 1 business day.
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer; withdrawals within 1 business day.
• Visa / Mastercard — Card deposits subject to issuer approval; withdrawals to card within 3–5 business days.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed within the account cashier section and may be updated from time to time. 888sx reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered 888sx account.

All sports betting and casino game activity on 888sx is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules will prevail for matters directly related to the conduct of that game or bet.

For sports betting — including cricket markets covering PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, international T20s, test matches, and other competitions — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation to allow for live data verification. 888sx reserves the right to void in-play bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• Bets placed on suspended, postponed, or abandoned markets will be settled according to the applicable sports rules, which are published in the 888sx betting rules section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per account. These limits may vary based on account history and the specific market type.
• 888sx does not guarantee the availability of any specific market, game, or event. Markets may be suspended or removed without prior notice.

For casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, Piggy Gold, Tongits Go, and all other titles — the game result as recorded by the 888sx system is final. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the platform will settle the round based on the recorded game state at the time of disconnection.

888sx offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives from time to time. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms attached to that offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general principles apply to all 888sx bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate registrations will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period and cannot be reinstated.
• 888sx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed. Once credited to an account, a bonus will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Certain game categories — such as live casino tables or specific slots — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Abuse of the 888sx bonus system — including but not limited to advantage play, bonus hunting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.

888sx is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. As a condition of maintaining your account, you agree to engage with the platform's responsible gaming framework honestly and in good faith. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automated session duration alerts and hard cut-offs to manage the time you spend on the platform each day.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which no deposits or gameplay are possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from 888sx. Minimum self-exclusion periods start from 6 months. All marketing communications cease immediately upon self-exclusion activation.

If you believe your gaming behaviour has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to activate self-exclusion immediately via your account dashboard or by contacting support. 888sx will never penalise, discourage, or delay a player who requests self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888sx platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, or both, and may result in the forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Registering more than one account under any name, address, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or known system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent payment transactions, or facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited and where a VPN or proxy is used to disguise your actual location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 888sx staff or other players through any communication channel.

888sx reserves the right to suspend any account under investigation without prior notice. During a suspension, access to the account balance may be restricted. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account and full balance will be reinstated. Where a breach is confirmed, 888sx reserves the right to forfeit the balance and close the account permanently.

All content available on the 888sx platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface design, and data compilations — is the property of 888sx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 888sx platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 888sx platform without prior written authorisation from 888sx. Any unauthorised use will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888sx and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 888sx platform. This includes — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

888sx does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. In the event of a system error that results in a game malfunction or incorrect odds display, 888sx reserves the right to void affected bets and issue refunds of the original stake to the player's account balance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 888sx's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

888sx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service communications.

888sx will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection partners — strictly as required to deliver the 888sx platform services. All data sharing arrangements are governed by data processing agreements that require third parties to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

888sx reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 888sx will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-site notice at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of either party — may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 888sx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 888sx platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888sx holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 888sx's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.
